Every person and every relationship have a story worth honoring. Past experiences and unhealed moments can shape how we show up for ourselves and others, sometimes creating patterns that leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. Healing and growth begin within, and sharing your story in a safe, supportive space can be a powerful step toward clarity, confidence, and healthier connections. A warm, nurturing environment is offered to explore both the deeper emotional patterns influencing relationships and the everyday challenges you face. My approach is down to earth, nonjudgmental, supportive, and honest meeting you where you are to build stronger communication, deeper self-awareness, and more fulfilling relationships.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Relationship Coach with over 27 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping women, men, and couples improve communication, heal from relationship wounds, and move beyond patterns that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected. I have supported clients through loss, anxiety, depression, rejection, and major life transitions. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who want their spiritual beliefs to be part of their healing and growth.
My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I would be honored to support you as you create healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

TIPS TO HELP YOU KICK DEPRESSION

1. Move your body. A short walk or light exercise helps boost your mood
2. Stick to a simple routine. Waking up, eating, and sleeping around the same time each day.
3. Break tasks into tiny wins. Aim for one small task and count it as a win.
4. Don’t isolate. A short call can help counter the urge to withdraw.
5. Be kinder to yourself. Notice negative self-talk and gently replace it with positive self-talk.
TIPS FOR A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP OR MARRIAGE
1. Communicate openly and often. Share your thoughts and feelings honestly.
2. Sow appreciation daily. A hug, holding hands, or a gentle touch coupled with kind words.
3. Handle conflict with respect. Disagreements are normal. Avoid insults, defensiveness, or stonewalling.
4. Make time for connection. Prioritize quality time, even in small ways (check-ins, shared meals, date nights).
5. Support each other’s growth. A strong relationship allows both partners to grow individually and together.
